We didn't stumble into Passive House. We went looking for it.
After years of building standard homes and knowing something was fundamentally wrong with the way Australia builds, we went deep into building science. We trained, we studied, and we built. Five certified Passive House projects later, we know exactly what it takes to get it right.
We're early adopters. We were building to Passive House standards before most Melbourne builders had heard of it. Not because it was the hot new thing, but because the science is undeniable. For us, certification matters because it means every home we build is independently tested and verified. We don't tell you your home performs well. We prove it.

We achieved an airtightness result of 0.26 ACH50. One of the best results ever recorded in Australia.
